Advance payments/retainers are non-refundable.

In case of service cancellation, refund eligibility depends on project stage and work completed.

Any refund (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days.
For Training & Institute Programs

Full refund available if cancellation is requested before course start date.

50% refund if cancellation is requested within 7 days of course start (excluding digital content access).

No refund after 7 days or if digital resources/certifications are already accessed.

Course transfers to another batch may be allowed (subject to approval).
